Weekly basketball session aimed on developing individual skills and team play through a skill-focused coach led warm up, followed with a plenty of enjoyable and competitive gameplay - 3on3 in particular, so as to ensure that each participant maximises their 'ball in hand' time and has plenty of opportunities to develop their decision making and problem solving skills with the pressure of a defence present! Our coach remains active during all gameplay - offering individually tailored tips throughout!

There is a pathway into Cannons competitive youth teams and The Cannons Basketball Academy for those that wish to pursue this option.
